Our child generates money at the creamery by either singing or doing tours. Literally on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's when she gets off from school she spends the afternoons out in front of the creamery with homemade signs charging people for either a tour or for her singing/dancing show.
The signs typically read: "Sophia's Show $1.00" or "Tours by Sophia $1.00" she used to work for $.10 but she learned fast that she liked the paper money better...today she has earned almost $5 (as some customers give her the change they got from the store or what is lying around in their cars).
She is not the least bit shy and she makes up the songs as she goes...and no one is allowed on her stage (which is the top of the picnic table that sits outside the creamery)
