Animal Kingdom and the Lodge...

Out of all the Disney parks to Tony and I this one is our least favorite, to us it is not much more than a "souped-up" zoo with a few rides. I do have to say the food in this park is much better than that found at the other ones, you can actually get find something other than chicken nuggets and french fries, which I am soo tired of!

This new attraction, Expedition Everest was something Tony and Gabe really wanted to do, and then I got dragged onto it as well, a very fast and somewhat scary rollercoatser ride, of course they LOVED it and I really had no interest on doing it again. Gabe laughed at me because he coaxed me onto saying it wsn't scary and then after we were finished he said "I tricked you!"

We LOVE the Lion King show at Camp Minnie Mickey, we saw this show the last time we came and it is still AMAZING, the singers, the props, the acrobatics, just a wonderful show, very much worth the wait!

In the actual Animal Kingdome Lodge where we stayed ther was a very nice family style buffet restaurant that we had been eyeing all week but never had enough time, we FINALLY made time at breakfast to try it out. There were a few out-of-the-normal things but mostly it was a normal breakfast buffet with eggs, and bacon, quick breads and cereals.
We were not sure how the kids were going to do sleeping in the same bed but because it was a king size they did not notice each other at all and slept great. Sophia had gotten new "princess" PJ's before we left and was always ready to put them on each night!

The kids played a good, long time in the Dinosaur Land attraction, just basically a great bis playground that is themed like a dinosaur dig site.

And of course lots of character meet and greets that we just HAD to do...
