Scary...

This afternoon the kids were watching tv and I was in my room folding clothes and organizing the closet...all of the sudden I heard the back door open and then close, I came out of the closet expecting to see Tony standing in the mud room, instead no one was to be found...Gabe was warming himself up a snack in the microwave and when I asked him where Sophia was he said "I think she is outside"...I quickly went out the backdoor and did not see anyone anywhere and came back in the house searching everywhere for Sophia, having no luck and really starting to "freak out" I looked outside the front door to see Sophia in her bright pink rain boots heading down the driveway toward the road!!! I screamed for her to stop and quickly went to put on my shoes to run after her, once I had her back safe in my arms, I asked her where she was going...she said this so matter of factly that I am a bit concerned this may be an ongoing issue..."you were gone and I was going to go to NaNa's house." Oh, boy!!
