The Home Depot does a monthly craft workshop...I have seen these advertised before, but the kids weren't old enough and normally I worked saturdays so it really was never an option. The other night while in the Home Depot shopping for the creamery we noticed that today they would be making photo frames and Gabe really wanted to go, so we decided to give it a shot...(it was much more work than I had bargained for, but
at least Gabe was capable of doing most of the hammering by himself while I attempted to help "little miss do it myself!"
Both kids got completion certificates and stickers to decorate their picture frames once we got back home...very cool...we will certainly try more of these in the future!
