Chore time at the Brusco's

Around here the chores start early in life...living on a farm and all there is always more than enough to do and never enough hands to get it all done! So house chores have already started to be assigned, and for the most part I have 2 "busy bees" that at this point seem to like to help out. I have Gabe working on emptying out the trash and making his bed, and some nights he helps me with dinner.

Sophia likes to help me load and unload the dishwasher as well as the washer and dryer, and helping to "fold" laundry (notice I have that in parathesis, because her way of folding is quite interesting to say the least...basically she takes the clothes, balls them up and throws them into the laundry basket, and then to show me that she really is trying she will then pat the mess of balled up clothes in the basket...it is too cute!)

The kids in the early evening have been begging to help with the dishes, and if I only have a few small items I will let them help, Gabe is washing and Sophia is supposed to be rinsing, however her way of "rinsing" requires Gabe to re-wash...just another never-ending cycle of work!
