Catching up...

Boy, I did not realize how many days have gone by since I last wrote...the house arrived, we had LOTS of trouble getting it set in the proper place on the ground, we had to leave to catch our flight to Nashville, Tony was trying to get things done over the cell phone while we waited to board our flight...we landed in Nashville, he turned his phone on and called my brother and the builder came out and was able, with my brothers' help to get the house in place!

Our business trip was very nice, we learned alot of new ideas that we are hoping to be able to implement at our own creamery. We sold one of our older trucks to a dairy in Park City, Utah, so the whole family was excited about that! We made lots of new friends from all over the US, we rode the General Jackson Dinner Cruise one night and had a BLAST! Our last night in town we went downtown (secretly hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous) but ended up having a great time anyway...we decided that we have to go back again for a longer visit!

The flight home for me was HORRIBLE, we were on a 50 person plane and you can feel everything and it is very cramped, I just was really hating life, we landed and got home as soon as we could to see the progress with the house and to BE HOME...pretty much hit the ground running cause we got back and were going in 50 different directions and finally got home to our house at around 9:00 pm with 2 exhausted kids!

Sunday we spent the entire day at the farm seeding around the house, Tony and my dad tried to run electric lines, and we had many visitors (family and friends) that wanted to check out the new house. I think it will be really nice once we get moved in and settled, the only room that I am really disappointed in is the kitchen...I have a huge kitchen now with tons of cabinets, and the one I am moving to is small, hardly any cabinents and only 3 drawers...so we will need to figure out if we can build other cabinents or what we will have to do...

We had another open house on Sunday, but appaerently still nothing cause we have not heard from the realtor today. There are soo many houses for sale in this neighborhood right now, and from what I can see we are the cheapest, but for whatever reason it is not working for us!

Tony is on a delivery truck with my mom today in DC, I did my normal laundry and some shopping...Gabe is down in the cul-de-sac playing with some friends and Sophia is taking her 2nd nap for the day.
