Zicam Alert!

Since back in the fall when I came acrossed this homeopathic cold remedy called Zicam, I have been telling everybody how great it is...and I personally LOVE it for keeping the bad colds away, I truely think it works. I was researching about it online today and found this site about how it can cause a person using it to loose their smell and taste permanently because of how it is administered thru the nose. So as I was reading this lawsuit about this couple in Michigan that are suing the makers of Zicam I couldn't help but laugh because he is suing the company for 75K for his medical expenses...etc, BUT the funny part is that she is suing them for 75K too for amoungst other things the loss of "consortium" (which I did not even know what it was, until I asked Erin to find out for me) which according to webster's dictionary is: the legal right of one spouse to the company, affection, and assistance of and to sexual relations with the other, so basically if he can't taste or smell he can no longer have sex with his wife??? Where do these people come from? (Can't help but laugh at what E said on the situation..."So what..because he couldn't smell or taste her, he didn't want to have sex with her? Ask me..in some cases, that might be a GOOD thing. :)" E, I would tend to agree with you!

Humm...I need to get smarter about finding something stupid to sue someone over...
