2 hour delay today...

It is a good morning to sleep in with the sound of rain on our windows...the kids need the extra sleep anyway to get over their sickness...

Took the kids to mom's so she could put Gabe on the bus and keep Sophia for me...

Internet was down until after 1:00 pm today because there was apparently an electric surge and it blew the Comcast fuse in the line and no one at Comcast believed us when we kept calling in with an outage, FINALLY at around 11:00 one of the "independent techs" was sent to our location to determine the cause of the problem since Comcast thought we did not know what we were talking about, he couldn't fix it, and at that point a "real" service tech was called in and they found that the problem WAS their's, isn't that nice? We pay a premium for business service, yet we had to waste time and money driving to Frederick this morning to use Kinko's Internet service to do our work!

There are 2 creameries in the tri-state area that recently went out of business 1 that is 4 hours away in PA and one in Virginia Beach. Their wholesale customers are now coming to us to fill their dairy needs...not exactly sure what we are going to do just yet, it is not only fluid milk but also ice cream mix, some accounts want us to use their milk, others want to buy ours...we need to decide as a family if we want to consider doing wholesale accounts again...

Tony went to Lowe's and bought us a brand new double vanity unit, and hardware to install in our bathroom, most likely it will be a project for after the trip but we decided it was more likely to get done sooner if all the pieces were purchased ahead of time and were already at our house...

When we got home from work tonight, there was something in the bathroom cabinet again, so when Tony got home from work he started demolition on the cabinent found the hole those darn rodents were using to get in the house and filled it will some sort of foam but not before filling the hole with bait to kill them first! He was like "try to get in our house now you suckas!"

Gabe was supposed to go to cub scouts but his "sickness" has now moved to his sinuses, so he took a shower and some sudafed and watched Tony play Mario Cart. He has been off antibiotics since Tuesday, so it seems to me if it was a sinus infection they should have taken care of it...so we are hoping it is just the end of his cold...afterall warm humid air should do all of us some good, right?
