Shopping is sooo NOT fun...

I have to say I am not your "typical" female. I have never really enjoyed the idea of shopping and now that the Internet is readily available at home I try to do as much as I can online and have it shipped directly to my door, from our clothes, household and personal care items, and even the groceries. I just don't have the time and patience to go to the stores, and deal with the public and even worse the rude and slow cashiers when trying to check-out!

Well, today some of the long awaited stock-up groceries had to be purchased, (we had not been since before going on our trip to Disney) and for the most part I enjoy going to Costco to look at all the new books and other items they have for sale...but NOT today, the place was soo packed to the brim there were hardly any grocery carts to be found! Once inside you could not maneuver around with your cart and no one was watching out for anyone else it was like really bad highway driving, Sophia wanted to get out of the cart and walk but she was almost ran over and the person never even acknowledged ever seeing her...SO RUDE!! The running joke after that was Sophia running around saying "Momma no one ran over me yet!" We did manage to get out of Costco with only the items on our list which is really great for us and Tony says that is because of all the people it made him want to get out faster!

For lunch we went in search of a place we remembered going to back when we were dating called Frisco's, the have the BEST stuffed baked potatoes around (or that is how we remembered it to be) we found it pretty easily and it was certainly affordable but not as good as I thought, it was certainly a nice change from the normal chain restaurants we would have probably stopped at otherwise.

Tony and Gabe got a new video game to play together and Sophia and I looked at possible Easter dresses, but figured it was still too early yet to purchase.

Ever since we got home Sophia has been singing "Jesus Loves Me" and telling us the story of the "Good Samaritan" that she learned today in her Sunday School class. We are soo happy with the level of knowledge the kids both bring home from the teachers at our church, I am sure glad we are able to call the Frederick Church of the Brethren our own!
