Whoa...what a busy day!

Our day started very early this morning with a phone call at 2:00 am from my mom saying that one of the office computers was making a funny noise and Tony should come right away and take a look...well nothing was terribly wrong with the computer but I think after that both of us never did fully get back to sleep...thank goodness work is only mere seconds away for these "small emergencies!"

With Ben and Kate away on vacation my child care this week is a bit scattered, but I had arranged for the kids to be watched by their Great Grandparents in Burkittsville after Gabe finished with pre-school this morning. Well that all changed when we thought we may be getting 2-4 inches of snow, and we did not want to have to drive that far to pick the kids up, so we went to plan "B" which was alternating with Tony and I. So Tony had them in the morning and then I watched them in the afternnon...I guess that is another nice "perk" to the job!

My one office girl called in sick today, which threw a bit of a "wrench" in the schedule as well, but Tony and I managed to handle it all with out getting too stressed out in the process!

On a fun note, the little town of Boonsboro that we live nearby to just opened a Weis grocery store over the weekend...which I was just soo thrilled about, because now when we have to go to the bank we drive right past the store, where before the closet store was 6 miles in the other direction in Middletown and it was a Safeway that is SUPER expensive!

While Tony was home with the kids this morning he managed to wrap all the "Santa" gifts and do 2 loads of laundry...not to shabby!!!

I think I can safely say that we both should be able to sleep well tonight!
