Rainy, miserable day...

Ok, so I was looking forward to this day, Tony and I were going to spend the morning running errands together in Baltimore...I know, it might not sound exciting to you, but the idea of just getting to go out together, without 2 children is excitement enough for me! Well, our plans quickly changed, when I was dropping the kids off at my Grandmothers for the morning, and I get a call from Tony that the bottle machine is broken and he is trying to find a part to fix it, I knew that we would not get to do what we planned!

I waited around for an hour at the creamery, and finally he calls to say that he can't find a part and because it is pouring rain the guy from the house company wants to come and help lay out the land for the house. So, we spend about an 1/2 hour out in the drenching rain helping to layout the house, we realize after starting to measure everything out, that the site we picked was not going to work, the house is too long, so we found a place further up on the property to lay-out the house, but now Tony is going to have to rent equipment to run the sewer, cable/phone, and electric lines, we will have to uproot 3 trees (they were supposed to be in our back yard, now they are out front), we are also now in the middle of a field, so no grass is started...it is a muddy yucky mess at the moment!

We finally around noon got to leave for our errands (it is still pouring rain) and we almost have 3 wrecks because stupid people are driving with NO lights on, we drive to Laurel to drop of some samples at a lab, and then head downtown to pick up cheese from a new wholesaler, we get royally lost and almost run out of gas! We finally get there and they only have a small portion of our order, and we quickly realize that our delivery truck will not be able to manuever the streets, so we will have to find another way to get the cheese.

I get the kids picked up around 4:00, Sophia has not napped well today. Tony got home around 6:00, Sophia is begging to go to bed so we get her down and fight with Gabe about eatting his macaroni and cheese for dinner, ahhhhhh, WHY CAN"T HE JUST EAT WHAT I FIX??

We got a nice card today from Tony's parents for Easter, it was very sentimental, and was very much appreciated, as we are very stressed at the moment and could use some spiritual uplifting!
